The use of plastic corrugated pipe products

When plastic corrugated pipes are in use, compared with traditional metal corrugated pipes, they should be equipped with dedicated joints of various types for connection with the anchor plate of the clamp group, and nozzles for connection between corrugated pipes. After the drainage pipe is connected to the corrugated pipe, it can bleed the cement slurry pressed into the corrugated pipe. During the application process, vacuum grouting is a new technology in the construction of post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures. Its basic principle is as follows: At one end of the duct, a vacuum pump is used to evacuate the duct, creating a vacuum degree of approximately 0.1MPa. Then, the optimized special cement slurry is injected from the other end of the duct using a grouting pump until the entire duct is filled And apply a positive pressure of no more than 0.7MPa to enhance the fullness and density of the prestressed duct grouting.
The adoption of vacuum grouting technology is an effective measure to enhance the safety and durability of post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures. The new process of using plastic corrugated pipes and vacuum-assisted grouting for the prestressed steel bundles of plastic corrugated pipe connection heads can solve the problems of increasingly long prestressed duct forming, insufficient prestressed tensioning extension and difficulty in filling the duct grouting. For ultra-long bundles, if traditional metal corrugated pipes are used as the material for the hole-forming pipes, there are numerous drawbacks such as high friction resistance of the hole-forming material, difficulty in construction of the hole-forming material, easy leakage of slurry during construction, and insufficient compaction of the slurry. This can easily lead to the tensioning extension being unable to meet the requirements. Vacuum-assisted grouting uses a vacuum pump to first remove the air in the duct, creating a negative pressure state inside the duct. Then, a grouting machine is used to inject the cement slurry into the prestressed ducts under positive pressure, thereby eliminating the air bubbles in the ducts and enhancing the fullness of the grouting inside the ducts.
