Performance indicators of prestressed plastic corrugated pipes

1. The prestressed hole-forming system composed of prestressed plastic corrugated pipes and accessories should meet the requirements of post-tensioned prestressed grouting. In addition to hot welding connections between pipes, dedicated sealing connection devices can also be provided. The entire hole-forming system is equipped with exhaust, drainage and grout discharge pipes, which can meet the requirements of pressure grouting or vacuum-assisted grouting.
2. Prestressed plastic corrugated pipes, with material properties in compliance with the provisions of CJ/T3078.
3. Prestressed plastic corrugated pipes are generally black, and there should be no defects such as melt cracking, hard lumps, or severe bubbles on the inner and outer walls. To achieve a smaller friction coefficient and ring stiffness, prestressed plastic corrugated pipes should be in the form of interlaced circular ring waveforms.
4. The prestressed plastic corrugated pipes are equipped with sealing devices that can be reliably connected to the prestressed anchors.
The inner cross-sectional area of the prestressed plastic corrugated pipe should be at least 2.5 to 3 times that of the prestressed tendons.
The friction coefficient u of prestressed plastic corrugated pipes is 0.10 to 0.14, and k is taken as 0.0008 to 0.0015.
7. Prestressed plastic corrugated pipes should have sufficient flexibility and wear resistance to facilitate curved layout and prevent bundle penetration and tensioning duct rupture. The spacing of the positioning reinforcing bars is recommended not to exceed 0.8 meters, and the minimum bending radius is 0.9 to 1.5 meters.
