Product Features
High ring stiffness: The pipe wall adopts a hollow ring structure, which enhances the ring stiffness of the pipe and can withstand greater environmental pressure and soil loads.
Low fluid resistance: The inner wall is smooth, and the frictional resistance is significantly lower than that of concrete pipes. The flow rate is higher under the same pipe diameter, or smaller diameter pipes can be used under the same flow rate.
Good sealing performance: Elastic sealing rings are usually used for socket connections, which have better sealing performance than metal and concrete pipes and can effectively prevent leakage.
Strong corrosion resistance: resistant to acid, alkali, salt and other media corrosion, with good chemical stability, no bacterial growth, no scaling, and long service life.
Convenient construction: light weight, large length, few joints, easy handling and connection, low requirements for pipe trenches and foundations, fast construction speed, and low overall cost.
Good impact resistance: HDPE double wall corrugated pipe has a brittleness temperature as low as -70 ℃, and does not require special protection during low-temperature construction. It also has good impact resistance and can adapt to a certain degree of ground settlement or displacement.
