Performance Characteristics
High strength: Tensile strength ≥ 420MPa, yield strength ≥ 300MPa, close to low-carbon steel, able to withstand high pressure.
Good toughness: The impact value is similar to that of medium carbon steel, more than 10 times that of gray iron materials, and it is not easily broken when subjected to impact.
Strong corrosion resistance: The surface is treated with anti rust asphalt paint and other coatings. In the water spray corrosion test, the corrosion amount after 90 days is only 1/40 of steel pipes and 1/10 of gray iron pipes, with a long service life.

Common sizes include 300mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, etc. The shape is mostly circular, but also square. The circular manhole cover has self centering function, and the edge can withstand pressure more evenly; Square manhole covers are usually used in places with special requirements for aesthetics or functionality.
Load bearing standard
Usually starting with "D" followed by the corresponding load level number. D400 is suitable for urban main roads and can withstand a vertical load of 400 kilonewtons; D500 is suitable for urban expressways and can withstand a vertical load of 500 kilonewtons; B125 is suitable for light load areas such as sidewalks and can withstand a vertical load of 125 kilonewtons.
