    Product composition

    It is usually composed of aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer, epoxy resin, high-quality pigments, additives, solvents, etc., and is divided into primer and topcoat. The primer is composed of polyurethane polyethylene and modified epoxy resin, while the topcoat is composed of epoxy and rubber resin modified components.

    Performance characteristics

    It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, meets the national drinking water hygiene standards, and will not cause pollution to water quality. At the same time, it has strong adhesion and the coating is not easy to peel off; Excellent chemical corrosion resistance, able to resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, etc; It also has good resistance to hydrolysis and abrasion, good waterproof permeability, tough and full coating, strong weather resistance, and can adapt to different environments.

    Physical parameters

    The color is generally white or gray, the viscosity is about 90 seconds/25 ℃, the solid content is ≥ 90%, the dry film thickness is about 50-80 μ m, the operating temperature range is usually -20 ℃ -120 ℃, the surface dryness is ≤ 1h, and the actual dryness is ≤ 24h.

    Anti corrosion principle

    By forming a dense coating on the inner wall of the pipeline, water is isolated from the pipeline substrate, preventing dissolved oxygen, electrolytes, and other substances in the water from corroding the pipeline, thereby protecting the pipeline, extending its service life, and ensuring that water quality is not affected by pipeline corrosion.

    Construction method

    Before construction, the surface of the pipeline needs to be pre treated to ensure cleanliness, dryness, and no oil stains. Generally, spraying or brushing is used to mix the paint according to the specified ratio and apply it to the inner wall of the pipeline. The coating thickness is usually 0.3mm to 0.5mm. The construction temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
