Structure and Principle
• Structure: TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe is an external 3PE internal fusion bonded epoxy anti-corrosion steel pipe, with a three-layer structure on the outer wall, consisting of a bottom layer of epoxy resin, a middle layer of adhesive, and an outer layer of polyethylene; The inner wall adopts thermal spraying epoxy powder anti-corrosion method to form a steel plastic alloy layer.
• Anti corrosion principle: Through high-temperature heating, epoxy resin, adhesive, and polyethylene molecules penetrate and entangle with each other, crystallize and harden after cooling, and form a uniform and dense anti-corrosion coating on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe, isolating oxygen, water, and corrosive media to prevent rusting and corrosion of the steel pipe.

• Excellent anti-corrosion performance: Combining the impact resistance and water vapor barrier properties of 3PE with the strong adhesion and chemical corrosion resistance of fusion bonded epoxy, it can effectively resist various corrosive media and has a service life of over 50 years.

• Good weather resistance: It can be used for a long time under different climatic conditions, with excellent ozone resistance, significant weather resistance, low water absorption, oil and temperature resistance, and stable performance in environments above -50 ℃ to 120 ℃.
• Smooth inner wall: low roughness, small head loss, the diameter can be reduced by one level when conveying the same flow medium, the inner wall is not easy to scale, meets food grade requirements, and reduces pumping energy consumption.
• Convenient construction: The length of a single pipe can reach 12 meters, with few connection ports, simple and safe installation, and fast coating curing speed, which can be quickly put into use.
