Product Structure
From inside out are epoxy powder coating, adhesive layer, and polyethylene coating. The thickness of the epoxy powder coating is greater than 100 microns, which tightly adheres to the surface of the steel pipe and plays a preliminary anti-corrosion role;
The thickness of the adhesive layer is between 170-250 microns, enhancing the adhesion between the epoxy powder coating and the polyethylene coating; The thickness of the polyethylene coating is 1.8-3.7 millimeters, which has excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance.
Product features
It has good anti-corrosion performance and can effectively resist various corrosive media erosion. The coating has high density and can prevent moisture and oxygen from entering. High wear resistance, able to resist the wear of soil and other factors on the surface of steel pipes.
